Dr. Margaret C. Yoovatana, Senior Policy and Plan Specialist, is the Head of the Multilateral and International Organization Collaborations of the International Agricultural Affairs Group, Planning and Technical Division of the Department of Agriculture. She has more than 20 years of experience in international collaborations and had formulated a number of policy research proposals for regional and sub-regional frameworks. She became instrumental in establishing various research collaborations with international partners. Her participation in international policy forums, dialogues and symposium had built her capacity in giving recommendations for policy advocacy. She is a member of the ASEAN – Climate Resilience Network (ASEAN-CRN) Secretariat and actively involved with the German-ASEAN Programme on Response to Climate Change (GAP-CC) Project on the promotion of climate resilience towards food security in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
