Abraham Baffoe holds a Master’s of Science in Forestry and Environmental Policy from the Louisiana State University, US and has over 20 years of experience working on natural resource management, specializing in the development and implementation of sustainability standards in forestry and agricultural commodities production. His experience includes providing technical support to sustainability certification standard setting and implementation of those standards in practice. His work at Proforest includes leading on the development and implementation of Proforest’s projects and programs and supporting public and the private sector in developing and implementing sustainability requirements including High Conservation Value (HCV) planning and management for both forestry and oil palm development.
