Richard McNally

Richard McNally is the SNV Global Coordinator for Climate Change, Global Coordinator REDD+, and Program Manager REAP. Working as an environmental economics expert for almost 20 years, he has managed and co-ordinated multiple global projects, most recently on REDD+. Richard worked as WWF Country Program Manager Vietnam for four years. He also spent two years as an Environmental Economist with the UK Department of International Development. Richard is a member of the World Bank FCPF Technical Advisory Panel and was a main author of the Vietnam Readiness Preparation Plan. He has authored over 30 papers on economics and the environment.
