Coordinator, Climate Finance for Latin America and the Caribbean Group
Sandra Guzman Luna is Coordinator of the Climate Finance for Latin America and the Caribbean Group (GFLAC). She has been working on areas such as climate change, energy, sustainable transport, air quality, and biofuels. Ms. Guzman has been representing Mexican civil society at international conferences such as COP14, COP15 and COP16. She studied International Relations at the University of Mexico (UNAM) and has two specializations: in Environmental and Energy Management in the Latin-American Social Science University and in Environmental Law at UNAM.
