Youth in landscapes



The Youth in Landscapes Initiative unites young innovators (aged 18 – 35) to develop real-world solutions to land use challenges in partnership with organisations working on the ground.

Anna Stemberger

Anna Stemberger is active in the United Nations Forum on Forests as the Major Group focal point for Children and Youth and holds an officials position with the International Forestry Students’ Association. Anna has been involved in organizing two international youth initiatives including the UNFF Interlaken+10 Youth Workshop and youth participation in the UNFF Major Group Initiative Nepal, both held to strengthen youth positions towards the new International Arrangement on Forests. Anna also works as a young professional on climate policy and agricultural adaptation to climate change with the British Columbia Ministry of Agriculture.
