Tui Shortland is the Managing Director of Repo Consultancy, a collective of indigenous environmental managers working in indigenous communities for tribal authorities, Maori land trusts and local and central governments. Ms. Shortland is experienced in working for indigenous authorities and land trusts in environmental management, and assisting clients in eco-business development. She specialises in traditional knowledge of forest and inland waterways biodiversity, establishing stakeholder and community collectives for catchment management, environmental policy and traditional knowledge indicators for monitoring programmes
