Silvia Calderón

Silvia Calderón is the Director, National Planning Department, Colombia, and the Deputy-Director of Environmental Sustainable Development. She coordinated the Study on the Economic Impacts of Climate Change at the Department of National Planning of Colombia. In the past, Ms. Calderon was engaged in consulting in climate change adaptation and disasters risk management with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the World Bank. Most of her experience in sustainable development was acquired as a Senior Associate at the Colombia Country office of the IDB.
