Justiniano de Queiroz Netto is Secretary of State Extraordinary for Green Municipalities Program Coordination in Brazil. He is a lawyer specializing in environmental and land area, who before was Secretary of Planning and Development in the municipality of Paragominas, Pará State. He also serves as Chairman of the Environmental Council of FIEPA (Pará Industry Federation), member of the Environmental Council of the National Confederation of industry (CNI), and various other forums and boards related to forests.
