Deuteronomy Kasaro is Mitigation Specialist at the National Climate Change Secretariat in the Ministry of Development Planning in Zambia. He is responsible for developing and coordinating mitigation related Programmes in the country including the Initiative for Sustainable Landscapes, REDD+ and FIP. Mr. Kasaro has vast experience in REDD+, Community Based Forest Management, Policy and legislative review, and Project Management.
