Barbara Livoreil

Barbara Livoreil is the head of the Decision-making and Negotiation Support Unit at the Foundation for Research on Biodiversity (FRB, Paris). She acts as a facilitator and knowledge broker in order to help knowledge exchange between the scientific community and policy-makers or managers. She is also the French co-focal point for SBSTTA (CBD) and for the Collaboration for Environmental Evidence, developing systematic reviews of evidence on various environmental topics. She is also involved in topics such a as indicators (ONB, French ministry in charge of ecology) and biodiversity knowledge assessments at the European scale.
