José Antonio Galdames Fuentes is the Minister of Energy, Natural Resource, Environment and Mining of Honduras. He has worked over 17 years in the public sector and has been Government Coordinator of International Cooperation Projects across different Ministries, including the Ministry of Forest Development and Conservation, Protected Areas and Wildlife (ICF), where he served as Vice Minister of Protected Areas and Wildlife Conservation. He is a Forest Engineer with a Master’s degree in Gender and Education, currently serving as President of the Board of the National Electric Energy Company.
