Louise Baker is the Coordinator of External Relations and Policy for the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). She brings 20 years of global experience, working on policy and legislative development, public affairs and advocacy, stakeholder engagement and resource mobilization. Previous assignments include work with the European Parliament and World Health Organization. Ms. Baker has lived and worked in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.
