Nurdiana Darus is an executive with over 18 years of strategic management and program implementation experience. Her experience spans across the forestry, upstream oil & gas, mining, automotive, and banking industries, across various countries, multinational clients, multilateral partners, and international governments. In her current capacity as Executive Director of the Indonesia Palm Oil Pledge (IPOP) Management, Ms. Darus is responsible for strategizing, managing, and reporting on the members’ programs, achievements, and challenges in fulfilling the pledge. She also acts as convener between multiple stakeholders, including the government, to find and implement workable solutions in achieving sustainable palm oil business practices in Indonesia. Previous to her current role at IPOP Management, Ms. Darus was the Deputy of Technology, Systems, and Monitoring of the National REDD+ Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. Ms. Darus held various leadership positions within Accenture during her tenure of over 16 years.
