Oliver Hanke

Oliver offers 15 years of experience in investment strategy, financial structuring, risk analysis and business management in real assets and sustainable investments. He is responsible for NatureBank’s investment strategy and leads the investment process of the company. He is a former Managing Director responsible for Product Management at Bank Julius Baer, a leading Swiss Private Bank, where he developed a broad range of investment strategies, financial products and business initiatives. He also held leading roles in strategy, planning and business development. Oliver has a Master in Economics from University of Münster in Germany, with focus on international project finance and international business relations. He started his career in quantitative risk analysis at TelerealTrillium plc, a London-based commercial real estate specialist for PPP projects, before relocating to Zurich, Switzerland. After joining ForestFinance Group in 2012 he was dedicated to developing the institutional business offering of the group and took the lead on a global sustainable agriculture investment initiative in collaboration with the World Economic Forum’s New Vision for Agriculture.
