Dirk Walterspacher is a technical engineer, graduated from the Technical University of Karlsruhe, Germany. After stations at Roche Diagnostics, SAP and United Internet he joined ForestFinance in 2001. Since this time he has been in charge of the Carbon Business activities as Managing Director of the ForestFinance Group and is now also CEO of ForestFinest Consulting. Dirk disposes of many years of experience in the management and certification of international forest projects according to renowned climate protection standards such as CCBS and Gold Standard and is an expert on the generation and marketing of forest carbon credits for the voluntary carbon market.
