Principal Scientist, CIFOR
Terry Sunderland is a Principal Scientist with the Center for International Forestry Research’s (CIFOR) Forests and Livelihoods program. He leads the research domain ‘Managing trade-offs between conservation and development at the landscape scale’. Prior to joining CIFOR, Mr. Sunderland was based in Central Africa for many years. He holds a Ph.D. from University College London and has published extensively on conservation and livelihood issues.
