The organizers of the 2016 Global Landscapes Forum: The Investment Case, to be held in London on 6 June, are calling for applications by organizations interested in showcasing their research or projects as part of a Table Top Exhibition at the event. This\u00a0second event directly builds upon the first, when 200 experts from finance, research and the corporate sector identified concrete solutions aimed at scaling up investments into sustainable landscapes.<\/p>\n

The 2016 edition offers a unique platform for finance experts and other leaders to explore the potential role of private finance and financial services in enhancing livelihood, environment and food security benefits across the landscape.<\/p>\n

Why join a Table Top Exhibition? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Table Top Exhibitions will provide a unique opportunity for organizations working on similar topics to come together and present their work over the course of the entire day of the event. Exhibitors can present their individual findings alongside peers that are working toward similar goals, thus providing a richer experience for participants and hosts.<\/p>\n

For the expected audience of more than 200, Table top exhibitions will serve as central meeting place within the Forum\u2019s knowledge sharing and networking area.<\/p>\n

Over the course of the day, three time slots are set aside specifically for knowledge sharing and networking; participants will be encouraged to visit knowledge sharing spaces during that time.<\/p>\n

What is the format of a Table top exhibition? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Exhibition space:<\/strong> The Forum\u2019s large exhibition space will feature up to four themes:<\/p>\n

  1. Restoration Finance<\/li>\n
  2. Private Finance for Climate Action and REDD+<\/li>\n
  3. Smallholders and Supply Chains<\/li>\n
  4. Innovative financial instruments for sustainable land use<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What costs are associated? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Individual exhibition spaces cost GBP 1,000<\/u><\/p>\n

    This fee goes toward covering costs for venue rental and organization of the Global Landscapes Forum.<\/p>\n
