Jos\u00e9 Vilialdo D\u00edaz is the Head of the Climate Change Department at the National Forestry Institute (INAB) of Guatemala. He is also the National Focal Point for the Forest Investment Program (FIP). Mr. Diaz has more than 8 years of working experience in community-based natural resources management, reduced impact from logging, capacity building and policy analysis with grassroots organizations, international cooperation and governmental agencies. Mr. Diaz previous positions include Forest Policy Assessment Officer at INAB and Forest Officer at the Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation.
