He\u00a0is responsible for providing strategic direction, building partnerships, and ensuring effective managementof staff and resources to achieve results that benefit CTA&#8217;s beneficiaries&#8211;smallholder farmers in the ACP. Previously, he worked in several position at the World Agroforestry Centre, most recently as\u00a0Director of Communications, Capacity Building &amp; ICT. Mr. Hailu also worked as Program Officer at the International Development Research Center in Kenya.
