Rafael Calder\u00f3n is the Senior Director of Rare\u2019s Latin America programs. He leads a team of practitioners implementing social marketing campaigns seeking to change social behavior towards improved sustainable natural resource management and biodiversity conservation at the local level. Before joining Rare, Mr. Calder\u00f3n\u00a0worked for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) as Director for their Mexico Gulf Program.
