For the last decade, Mr. Pacheco has been a Principal Advisor to the Bolivian government, including to the Ministry of Planning and Development, the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment, the Ministry of Production and Microenterprises, Energy and Hydrocarbon, and Ministry of the Presidency.
