Pavan Sukhdev was a career banker before taking a sabbatical from Deutsche Bank to lead The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB) and the Green Economy Initiative for UNEP.\u00a0As an advocate for a green economy, Pavan Sukhdev held a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ted.com\/speakers\/pavan_sukhdev\" target=\"_blank\">TEDtalk<\/a>\u00a0with the title Put a value on nature.
