Agroicone conducts projects and studies for various value chains, especially sugarcane; beef and dairy; grain commodities; perennial crops (planted forests and palm oil); bio-energy and those from smallholders.\u00a0He is a lawyer with expertise in international trade, non-tariff barriers and sustainable development and develops projects to promote the sustainability of different agricultural chains, comprising the engagement of stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement and mutual gains approach. Mr. Lima has authored the book <em>Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures in the WTO: neoprotectionism or defense of legitimate objectives<\/em>.
