Executive Director, GCF Fund
Rosa Maria Vidal is Executive Director of the GCF Fund and an Associated Professor at Colorado State University. She is also President of Innovación Ambiental Econfia SOFOM (a financial entity dedicated sustainable practices and green markets) and Vice President of Fondo de Conservación el Triunfo, as well as a member of the National and State Councils for REDD+ in Mexico and the REDD Offset Working group MOU Chiapas-California. Until early 2014, Ms. Vidal was the Deputy Director of Pronatura Sur, A.C. in Mexico, which she founded. She is a Biologist, with Graduate Studies in Gender and Sustainable Development, and Environmental Economics.
