Director, Latin American Chair of Environmental Decisions for Global Change (CLADA) at Centro Agronómico Tropical de Investigación y Enseñanza (CATIE)
Raffaele Vignola (PhD) is the Director of the Latin American Chair of Environmental Decisions for Global Change (CLADA) at CATIE. He is currently the co-coordinator of the EcoAdapt project, working with multi-stakeholders platforms in Argentina, Chile and Bolivia. Mr. Vignola’s work with EcoAdapt is focused on the planning and implementation of adaptation responses to the water stresses caused by climate change and alternative development pathways. He has published numerous research articles and book chapters, drawing from more than ten years of experience in applied research on the human dimension of responses to climate change in land use in Latin America.
