Pedro Gamio is Energy Coordinator for the COP20 for the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mining. He was Vice-Minister of Energy, consultant for energy and environment at the Inter-American Development Bank. He has a Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Political Sciences. He also has a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University in Lima.
