Paula Fuentes is the Project and Network Coordinator for the Grupo de Financiamiento Climático para América Latina y el Caribe. She is a lawyer and specialist in transparency, Access to information, civil society participation and human rights. Paula Fuentes has a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and and Regulation from the London School of Economics. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universidad Diego Portales, Chile, and has an honorary diploma in Contemporary Thinking from the same university.
