Mark De Claro is the Head of the REDD+ Unit within the Forest Management Bureau (FMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the Philippines. A forester by training he has over 10 years experience working for the government of the Philippines on forestry related issues. His past work has included a focus on forest law enforcement and governance.
