Head of Negotiations Team, Government of Poland
Katarzyna Snyder is the Head of Negotiations Team of the Climate Change Policy Unit, Department of Sustainable Development, in the Ministry of the Environment of Poland. She is a climate change and human rights expert with governmental and non-governmental experience (New York, Geneva, Nairobi, Warsaw). She was Co-Chair of the EU Expert Group on Means of Implementation (2012-14) and Head of the COP 19/CMP 9 Presidency Team. Ms. Snyder also served as adviser to the Polish Special Envoy for Climate Change at COP 14.
