Senior Energy Specialist, OAS
Juan-Cruz Monticelli is a Senior Energy Specialist at the Department of Sustainable Development of the Executive Secretariat for Integral Developmentof the Organization of American States (OAS).He works on expanding the use of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies in member states of the OAS. His professional experience includes integrated water resources management and regional planning in Latin America and the Caribbean. He contributed to the development of civil society participation policies for the Inter-American Strategy for Public Participation. He also served at the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Mr. Monticelli has a Law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master of Laws degree from George Washington University, where he specialized in Intellectual Property.
