Manager for Communications and Knowledge, FANRPAN
Hlami Ngwenya is the Manager for Communications and Knowledge at FANRPAN (Food, Agriculture and Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network). She has been actively involved in the climate-smart agriculture mainstreaming initiatives at national, regional and global levels. Her 21 years of work experience include policy research and advocacy, organizational development, strategic planning and institutional reform, knowledge management and communications for sustainable development, agriculture extension and rural advisory services. Other areas of expertise include monitoring and evaluation, facilitation of systemic competence development processes, innovation platforms together with other multi-stakeholder engagements at local, national, regional and global levels. Ms. Ngwenya holds a Master’s degree in Consumer Sciences.
