Diplomat, Brazil
Guilherme do Prado Lima is a Brazlian diplomat, working at the Division of Climate, Ozone and Chemical Safety of the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil. He graduated as a Bachelor in International Relations from the University of Brasília in 2008. In 2012, he earned a Master’s degree from the University of Brasília, also in International Relations, focusing on Brazil’s foreign policy in climate change negotiations.
