Rajan Kotru is Head of the Innovative Regional Program, International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) on “Transboundary Landscapes”. He is a research and development specialist with over 25 years of experience from various countries. Mr. Kotru holds a PhD in Forest Management and Silviculture from Ludwig-Maximillians University, Munich, Germany. ICIMOD’s regional program is implemented in eight Hindu Kush Himalayan countries.
