Postdoctoral Fellow, CGIAR Research Program on Climate change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS)
Cecilia Turin is a Postdoctoral Fellow on climate change adaptation and gender at the CGIAR Research Program on Climate change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) based at the International Potato Center, Peru. She is an interdisciplinary scientist with academic degrees in agricultural, development and social sciences. Her work focuses on the social dimension of socio-environmental conflicts and on the adaptation of rural livelihoods to climate change, as well as social and institutional change. Ms. Turin is also contributing to the formulation of Peru’s national climate change adaptation and mitigation policies.
