Specialist Ecosystems and Rights program of Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR)
Cecilia Tacusi-Oblitas is the Specialist Ecosystems and Rights at the NGO Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR). From 2012 to 2014, she was Civil Society observer for Latin America at the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF). She has written articles on forest transparency, REDD+, participation and ecosystem services. Ms. Tacusi-Oblitas studied Political Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
