Sunset over an untouched Amazon rainforest–Peru
Photographer’s comment: “A monkeys eye view of the days end from 50 meters up in a Dipteryx alata, Know locally as the Shihuahuaco tree. As the number of large trees are depleted from the rainforest so goes with them the ability to store carbon, create oxygen and provide habitat to the great biodiversity living in the jungles canopy.”
