During the Khareef
Photographer’s comment: “Salalah, Oman is truly unique landscape compared to other Gulf Country. In general, countries rich in petroleum is very difficult to find a green area. During the monsooon (Arabic: Khareef) in Salalah, Oman, most of the camels will migrate from the desert to the mountains to get food. Usually only two months they will enjoy the green mountain area, then this area will be back pre drought and camels return to their initial habitat.”
