Natural Resources Manager, Regional Government of Madre de Dios
Omar Rengifo is Natural Resources Manager for the Regional Government of Madre de Dios, Peru. Previously, he worked as Regional Director of Agriculture, Coordinator of the Project ‘Capacity Building for Land Planning in Madre de Dios’ and also as Director of the Agroforestry and Environmental Directorate of the Madre de Dios Special Project. Mr. Rengifo is a Zootechnics Engineer by training, with a Master’s Degree in Public Investment Projects from the San Agustin University of Arequipa.
